In other Spurs news, Nicolas Laprovittola got waived yesterday, which means it's time for Dejounte Murray to get those minutes.

Haven't been this excited about a Spurs rookie in a long time, Kawhi Leonard included. Most of it is the hype that has been generated, "The steal of the draft" "More upside than Kawhi Leonard". It all sounds hyperbolic but with Tony Parker being what he is now PG is our biggest need.

Murray is gon be a real player in this league. He looks legit everytime i see him

Hayward scores more. Is more efficient. Has a higher PER. Is less turnover prone. Is a better distributor. They rebound at the same rate. And shoot the 3 at a similar percentage.

Paul George is just a better defender. Not by a huge margin either.
