hopefully the short rests for the yanks rotation will be their downfall
and its time for the phils to start manufacturing runs instead relying on the long ball

and ryan howard better find his stroke or their gonna move werth into the cleanup spot

I doubt the Yankees sign Papelbon. He isn't as good as he used to be. They tweaked his delivery this past offseason and you saw how that affected him thisseason. He lost some velocity as well. I'm sure Sox fans can attest to that as well.

I think Joba could have been and still could be our future closer. They just have to stick him in the pen permanently. Not try to make him into a starter whenthey know he has a weak shoulder so they have to baby him. Put him in the pen for 70 innings a year and you won't have to worry about that.
