Anyone own EA NHL 09 & NHL2K9? I have never played the 2K series and was wondering what throwbacks the 2k series had in it.

No clue about 2k9 for hockey but I know for baseball the gameplay is terrible, basketball on the other hand, 2k9 has live beat now IMO

I refuse to purchase a 2k Baseball game. EA's MVP is terribly missed. I don't play basketball or football games any longer, but I have heard that samesentiment about NBA 2K.

we need more people who are actually gonna stick it out the whole season though, last one seemed like half the league just stopped caring midwaythrough the season.

Yahoo Fantasy Hockey hasn't opened up yet.........I think it'll be another month and a bit before we can sign up.
