You guys have a field day every time LeBron loses to a more likable player.

He didn't even play against a healthy PG all postseason. Jrue Holiday was hurt, Conley was hurt, Patrick Beverley was hurt. He didn't play Westbrook, Lillard, Parker, or Chris Paul. Things really need to be put into perspective. He's on his way, he had a storybook season, and certainly put his name in the history books of the NBA. but one of the GOAT? Let's wait a bit.

The JR slander on first take is too modest. Iman Shumpert needs to be put on all the way blast but they won't do him too bad cause he's doin the theme song

If GS wins in Cleveland, just another kick in the stomach for that town sports wise

Ikr

Also, if the players were putting numbers similar to what the Kawhi Leonard and SAS did last year, Lebron MAY have a chance to win the Finals MVP. Even then, I still think it would be unlikely. No way he's winning if the guy on the winning team is avg 26 / 6 /5 on 45/40/94 shooting

Steph Curry has pouted like a child most of this series and now everyone is going to pretend it didn't happen. :smh:

he was clearly deflated and annoyed in the start of that series... and instead of being a complete choker and being scared of the moment he scored 25 in the second half of game 3 and has been back to normal and confident in his skill ever since. that's why it's not talked about, unlike the guy in your Avi he checked himself, got out of his feelings, and realized he's a Great at ball.

Shumpert is buns b

They dont need to air that whack freestyle on 1st Take ever again

Glad they didn't this morning either

Maybe this has already been discussed, but what were some of the weaker stat lines for a Finals MVP? Kawhi and Chauncey are the first names that come to mind. Pierce in '08?

That city is the epitome if heartbreak. Lebron will do everything in his power to not have it unravel in front of the home team...but if his heart gets snatched out his chest in Cleveland he will never be the same mentally

So if they lose in Cleveland, it's really nothing but another L for them to put into their bag of L's. It shouldn't really be anything too dramatic for them. They've lost in the finals before.

They've lost in the Finals before, true, however this was supposed to be their year. You know the prodigal son returns to bring victory to the city he once abandoned to team up w/ other guys to win. Wins 2 championships for Miami, comes back home, dons his #23 jersey, makes moves to get Kevin Love to come play w/ him. This is stuff ABC Family movies are made of.

For them to lose in Cleveland, especially if Bron Bron disappears in the 4th as he so often does, Craig Ehlo will be able to sleep well at night after all of these years because he'll no longer be "that guy" who lost it for them

If Steph Curry wins this finals, is he already among the GOAT for PGs?

YEAH MAN! TELL THEM!!! He didn't have to play those tough, competitive Celtics, Bulls, & Hawks..... wait........

LeBron was guarded by the nasty, All-NBA defenders in Jae Crowder, Jimmy Butler and Demarre Carroll

"timothy moskoff" - stephen a smith

how does this guy have a voice for anything? who gave him a break in the business? did someone feel bad for him or something?

I wonder what Lebby's finals MVP speech will be?

"They may have been the better team, but I'm the best player in the world. Check my stats."

Will they give him the award while GS celebrates tho?

Ever since LeBron's people got after Steven A about his criticism for LeBron against the Mavs in the finals he has gone out his way to NEVER say anything negative about him and constantly blame other people for his failures. Surprised some of haven't noticed this

Nike Exec may have threatened him

kerr suckered the cavs into small ball. faster pace means the ball being tossed around to guys like delly, shumpert, TT, Moz in places they aren't comfortable in.

Ain't nobody scared of Rich Paul and them boys. Lebron isn't above criticism, especially when he says some of the stuff he says
