If Nintendo put out a reimagined version of Pokémon Red and Blue with modern day graphics and a reimagined world for the switch...

I don't see Nintendo moving forward with the Classic mini console series after the SNES

A jump to the N64 would be waaayyyy more difficult and costly than the NES or SNES game would be and would hurt the virtual console market at the same time for anyone that owns them

I agree with you on that one, there'd be no point in having a Virtual Console if they decide to continue the Classic minis beyond the SNES.

As a matter of fact, it's probably the reason why they kept the NES Classics limited from the beginning anyway.

The Classic mini consoles are suppose to be collector's items for diehard Nintendo fans, but it appears the demand for them (including the upcoming SNES Classics) has far exceeded Nintendo's expectations

Yeah but the only include so many games on the mini consoles that I don't think it would hurt vc sales all that much. Plus the fact that they're damn near unattainable
 
Is there an entire Champion outfit for Link? Don't know which pants he wears in his memories.

Got twilight princess, skyward sword, and majoras mask amiibos today at Nintendo store. Was pleasantly surprised they were there

When you select MK8 from the home menu, hit the "+" or "-" button symbol on either your joycon controller or Pro controller. 

It'll bring up a selection screen with various options, one of them being "Software Update."  When you select the Software Update option, make sure you select the "Via The Internet" option.

Then it'll start the update, although I heard the game will prompt for a software update if you attempt to start the game.

Either way, you're gonna get the update as long as you're connected to the internet.

In the future, we plan to provide a feature to transfer account save data among multiple consoles. As a result, there is the possibility that user accounts with uninitialized account save data will be added. Note that your design must work without issue, even in this case.


Guest Login

We are considering a feature in the future (tentative name: Guest Login) to access existing network service account information without linking to a user account. This feature would allow temporary access to the network service account linked to the Nintendo Account by logging in to the Nintendo Account within the application. This feature would, for example, make it possible to upload a character you have raised as online data and then use that data on a friend's NX (without creating a user account).

We do not plan to provide this feature for the NX launch

Yeah I actually tried this yesterday didn't work. I'll try again today.

Edit - It worked today.

So, with this Zelda DLC can I pick and choose what things I want? Like I don't want to use "hard mode" yet, because I'm still in my first play through, but things like the "smart map" and the "travel medallion" would be useful to me. Also the korok mask is much needed. Excuse the ignorance but I don't deal with DLCs too much.
 
I didn't mind the short cords I bought extensions, but I see a lot of people play nes at their office with the small cord on their monitor
