Flacco always had the defense that he did and receivers who cooperated and played team football.

Brett Favre and Tony Romo are both playmaking gunslingers who go on runs of phenomenal football and back that up with unbelievable blunders.

I can argue. Sure, he comes out looking like the scapegoat on numerous occasions, but that doesn't always mean he's the root cause. From a pure football sense, there is so much more at play that people either neglect to see or can't because they don't know what really goes down out there.

This all started with one absolutely ridiculous and boneheaded play, but had NOTHING to do with Tony Romo the quarterback.

I've shook my head at disgust at Romo a few times, but it's so magnified with him that other's want to blow it out of proportion. Your boy Eli has been a doofus on the football field numerous times. Peyton has made stupid mistakes. The aforementioned Favre. In fact, it's rare that any quarterback doesn't look foolish once or twice in his career. The problem is you guys want to compare him with Joe Montana or Troy Aikman or some **** and again...That's face value, no depth, type thinking.
qft

not taking anything away from aikman, but his teams were loaded. i think i saw an interview or read an article that aikman himself said romo will most likely end his career better overall than his (stat wise, not superbowl wise)

$55 million guaranteed is stupid. Locking up Romo long-term, isn't.
i read an article that breaks down the number and he will get 57 million for the first 3 years guaranteed. after 3 years all bets are off.

I really like the move. He provides a huge upgrade, even If Sean Smith was still there, and seems like he is will to show and out in work to put together a good season and show the club he's back. We'll see though.

A lot of options now in the draft for my Dolphins. We can focus on OL or DL with the 12th pick and grab skilled DB in the 2nd round.

...Would love to see Miami go with a top OL @ the 12th pick.

Thats the second time I heard that about his wife, was she that bad in Atlanta?

His wife is awful...she goes on the falcons board to trash the fans everyday :lol even on twitter...it's not a good look, I honestly believe she is part of the reason The falcons didnt resign him

Also need to factor in westbrook's injuries with mcnabb..

And the 1 year we did make the Super Bowl, TO missed all of the playoff games prior to the Super Bowl.. Then went off the next season...

desean didn't come around til 08.. McCoy and maclin in 09..

Mcnabb was traded after the 09 season

Grimes to Mia

Good pickup only a 1 year deal so he can prove himself for a long term deal

Sad to see him go but I'm glad, his wife is horrible she dictates his career....

I don't see how he has his wife for an agent. That's probably why he didn't get an extension last year before he got injured, running her mouth all on the radio. She won't be taken seriously
