So if it really was a mild calf strain, A month is a solid enough time to recover. This shouldn't have happened if the injury was as minor as GSW said it was.

I didn't see GSW calling it a Grade 3 strain / partial achilles tear but if it truly was that, and they allowed that man to play...man

NBA players want to play, especially in the finals. It's on the organization, coaching, etc. to protect players from themselves. Just terribly irresponsible all around. If KD does dodge a full achilles tear a second time he needs to play the lotto.
