Ugh, T-Wolves never get any love in the draft...#3 is the highest we'll ever get I guess

What do all you Wolves fans think though?

Mayo, Bayless...? Anybody else...

We had got beat in the lottery by the Bulls, who had a 1.9% chance of getting the first pick

FOR ONCE we had a chance to get a #2 or #1 pick when there is players that could turn our franchise, and we get #3!

I think we'll get a nice little pick though...Bayless at PG maybe, so Foye could go back to SG, which is his real position.

PG: Bayless
SG: Foye

Though

PG: Foye
SG: Mayo

It doesn't matter, you landed your projected pick.

Seattle and Durant have more right to be mad than you.

Unreal.

I dont see the Wolves taking Bayless that high, but who really knows I guess. He's nice, but yet another 6'3'' guard (Wolves have several) andhe's no Rose. McHale loves them bigs. It's the Robin Lopez era boys.

Looking ahead to '09. Because we're gonna be right back here again next year.

19 years of being in this league and the TPups have not moved up one time in the draft SMH.

I reckon Seattle jumping from #5 to #2 last year to be able to nab Kevin Durant helps to make up for dropping from #2 to #4 tonight.

i don't know why you say that, you moved up 3 spots last year to get who...uhh, yea, kevin durant...i think you can take a few years off.

So you're cool with possibly getting Beasley...to not? I guess getting great players isn't always priority.

And I guess Miami/Chicago are cool with that and thank you.

i don't even know what you're trying to say, he won't be there at #3.

To me, Brook Lopez would fit very well alongside Al Jefferson. There are a lot of great combo guards; but quality big men are very rare, and Brook definitelyfits that mold. Both are going to be scoring machines inside, if they take Brook

that's what i'm worried about...his defense is sub-par and his rebound game is pretty weak, and won't cut it in the league.

But McHale can groom those big guys to his style, which obviously worked.

Yeah, Seattle was projected to be #2, now they're #3. That's what I'm trying to say. In a two-man draft, they had the 2nd best chanceto land a top 2 pick and they got #3.

They lost out on Rose or Beasley. They won't be able to get the best PG in the draft they need OR have Durant play with his longtime friend.

I don't think there's much to NOT comprehend there. This message was to SEATTLE fans.

Naw, once it was down to the top 3, Bulls were guarenteed the #1 pick. If they moved up that much, the rules make it that they can only have the #1pick.

NVM, i see.

Now that I've had a chance to cool off...I must say I think we can get a very good player at #3, and it's kind of exciting because there's so manyoptions. I think this pick (in a certain aspect) is more exciting than the #1 or #2 pick, because they already know who they're going to draft(Beasley,Rose). But we have so many more options which helps us address our team in a way that we need to beaddressed.

~~ I will post more of my thoughts later but I have to go to basketball practice right now ~~

If yall take Brook yall will regret it down the load. Yall would be smart to go ahead and take the boy Oranthal cause he will give u an efficient 20 point pernight player. Him and Randy in the backcourt will work with a little bit of time. Throw in Al as well and yall have a real young nice core there. McCantscoming off the bench as well, yall will be there in time.

For some reason I don't think Lopez will be very good in the League, however I have no idea who the Wolves should take instead.

With the 3rd pick in the 2008 NBA Draft, the Minnesota Timberwolves select,

Brook Lopez, Center, Stanford.

Seattle Supersonics are on the Clock....
