Always thought he was a trash actor he made trash movies
Boogie Nights isn't great because of him though.couldn't agree more, I've always said this and most people look at me like I'm crazy. My only exception is boogie nights, I thought he was great in that movie. But I only think he was great in that movie because he played an idiot, so the bad acting fit the role perfectly.
I didn't say boogie nights was great because of him, just that it was the only role I thought he was great in. And i do agree about Anderson.Boogie Nights isn't great because of him though.
Boogie Nights is great because Paul Thomas Anderson is one of the greatest living movie directors. In my opinion probably THE greatest.
I mean this was all known
Yes exactly, i don't give a damn what you call me, a insult is an insult.
A white person can say the n word once and the whole damn AF american race gets but hurt. But a black person can call the white man every word in the book and most just laugh, its a joke.
A white person can call every black person in the room a N. As long as he excludes me I don't give a damn.
"Everybody in here is a N except for Trey"
Me: Say no more... Carry on...
It basically comes down to
a) do you think people can change
b) what he did at 17 defines his views for a lifetime
i disagree.
i think it comes down to what that person has done since then that shows his remorse.
Mark Wahlberg is worth a cool $200 million
enough to take care of both men and their families for the rest of their lives
an attempted murder charge gets you at least 15 years right?
well whatever figure 'marky mark' wants to puf on 15 years of his life....at a crucial turning point in his career mind you.
whatever that figure is?
he owes, period.
this is a classic example of #crimingwhilewhite if ive ever seen one
someone should make a meme and post it
i dont give a damn if he's built a million churches across Boston
or fed all the soup kitchens for a year
what has he done for those he affected?
nothing.
get this dude out of here.
If you guys that are judging him haven't changed significantly since the age of 17 you have your own issues to worry about. He was a product of his environment and Maybe now he understands his wrongdoings and wants it off his back. He was 17... I did a lot of dumb stuff when I was 17, and I'm currently happy with the man I'm becoming. As a minority who begs for the forgiveness of youth in his community, it would be completely bias not to feel the same for marky mark based on his skin color and success. I doubt any of you would feel the same about a young black man attempting to clean up his juvenile record and become a better man. That's the problem with your biases, if u expect it for one race u better be willing to give it to the next race
I've watched some of his movies and Entourage is one of my favorite seriesI bet all the self righteous people in here have watched his movies knowing his history
how do you disagree? you just chose answer B
It comes down has he tried to make restitution with his victim before he wanted to open franchises?
that's a really offensive statement in so many waysOdds are Marky Mark was a racist punk kid like most of the you poor white trash kids where he grew up.
*sigh*
some of you dudes man are straight up remedial
no his actions at 17 dont define him for life
his NON action in the time between has defined him up to this point
nothing.
not. one. thing.
has stopped him from reaching out to those men
however,
ONE thing has motivated him to ask for a pardon
and thats money
disgusting
and you think that the restaurants have nothing to do with it?remedial like people pretending they actually care about these victims, screaming loudly behind a keyboard but doing nothing in the community for victims such as Wahlberg's
I don't think he should get the pardon but I DO believe he has changed and deserves that
I hear the silent gallops of the high horses everywhere
*sigh*

so you just gon wing it huh?
because clearly you have no idea what it means
to answer your question i believe in people showing you they've changed
