Where in the Bay you looking?

Sounds about right for SF and parts of Silicon Valley but should be able to find better deals in the Peninsula and parts of East Bay

That's a pretty good price depending on the city.

Used to live in Sunnyvale, prices weren't bad, but that was like 06-08

I have a friend who goes to Sonoma State and I've been staying with her from time to time, so damn awesome. It's not really all that much of an experience since I kind of use it as more of a hotel.

This is outside DC in northern edge of PG County (one of the better areas) so this is the going rate
