Well, we closed out the Spurs in 01 pretty good, and 02, and 04, and 08, anyone noticing a trend here? 

 

Dude all excited to make it to the second round, runnin off at the mouth.  Bet he was sweatin somethin fierce when Kobe 4 daggered in a row like "oh no, not again....." 

 


It's cool tho, those 11 points and 6 rebounds were huge the other night from the dude that used to be Tim Duncan.  Meanwhile, the old guy in LA gon be all NBA first team, again, playin at a high level, doin work, I know it hurts that sad soul.

Of COURSE you respect a team w/ a large cluster of championships coming from ONE ERA (11, in the 13 years from '57-'69). It's only natural that a fan of a team that has all their championships in one cluster respects another team with a similar title run.

And we've still won almost 3 times more chips in LA than you guys have... ever.

I don't care, put an * next too it, won't bother me at all.  66 + 1 extra playoff game is still more than 50 with one less playoff game.  (since I doubt you understand, the first round back in 99 was a 5 game series, instead of today being 7, hence, you need one more playoff win) 

So * away, don't matter to me.  It'll still read Kobe 5* Duncan 3*  so whatever's clever.  (again, explaining for your consumption, that's IF LA was able to win this year, otherwise it would just say 5, no *.) 

Since I happen to believe that OKC will be the team coming out of the West this year, the point may be moot.  Please go back to your own thread as you are neither Nugget fan or Laker fan, hence you have no reason to be here, grown ups that know the game are talking.
