- traded FRPs to acquire and offload Russ, setting the team back
- Perennial play-in team
- Gave player options to players no other team was trying to sign, which affected our cap space
- Signed free agents like Nunn and Vincent who contributed nothing
- did not address our lack of big bodies and instead keeps signing skinny bigs
- drafted JHS
- did not address lack of shooting
- couldn’t trade Dlo
- let Caruso walk to give THT a 3 year deal
Accomplishments:
- Re-signed AD, Bron, AR
- Drafted Knecht and AR

What trade value? Been trying to trade this dude since he got here lmao the problem is no one wants him.
His shooting has struggled mightily in the early going.
What little trade value he had is going to tank even further at this rate.
Gabe Vincent will certainly be the answer tho. I think it's a great plan.

I think the key part is “see it”… DLo was benched several times since he’s been in a Laker uniform, which is another way of being held accountable for his poor play.
We just never saw a tantrum on the sideline during the process
