His name isn't familiar to me, but I know I've read about the times that Flair had to change finishes and drop the belt because he feared for his safety..And I know that the NWA never recognized those title changes..I think if you take these instances and add them to the World titles Flair won, but aren't recognized as World titles by American magazines/territories, then that makes him a 22 or 23 time world champion..
