Game of Thrones prequel series: House of the Dragon

Luke was done once he saw Vhagar and Aemond was already there

They had him go there with no offer for the family or support

I blame the mother. She sent out her pip squeep of a son without a supporting cast to got find allies, knowing the ops are doing the same.
Eh, she suggested ravens and sending an envoy.

The older son said the dragons would be faster and okaying that means they ride dolo.

They doing that to Aemond why ?
No I'm saying a big *** dragon outside means nothing.

He could've been dying inside wouldn't matter.

They definitely could've stopped him from leaving immediately after the kid knowing he wants him dead or at least his eye.
What would happen upon his release?
He would've tried to follow kid but would've went home when he saw he was too close to Dragonstone.

Not like he would've attacked the lord and family he just got betrothed to.

Man, this show just blew me. Everything is accidental or unintentional. All this remorse or “oh no, I went too far” ish. I’ll still be watching, but I ain’t got a team no more. Aemond turned beta, Strong Boys beta, Daemon a beta that thinks he’s alpha.

Only alpha in this is Larys Strong. Killing the rest of the Strong’s just to beat to the Queen’s feet. #TeamBeat2Feet
Take a break from the redpill YouTube bruh

Yeah, total Otto scheme with the marriage proposal.

Rhae sent Luke like it was a “Facebook poke”. King had every right to be offended.

That was a huge change from the book…. Aemond just goes out and kills Luke, not by accident. Not sure how I feel about that.

So think he would have peacefully left after being held against his will?

At best he would have killed a soldier or 2

So what?

Nameless soldiers.

But who even says Aemond is about that life yet? I haven't seen him intentionally kill anybody yet. Just skulk around and try to be like Daemon.

Ya boy pulls up to Storm’s End, sees the Denali parked out front. Then still decides to head into Storm’s End with no gifts. Not even a marriage pact. Baratheon could’ve had him murked inside, he didn’t even try to invoke guest right. Boy had it coming, he was too weak.

First it was lock up "King's" brother he'll just leave and that will be the end of it. Now it's so what if he retaliates. Even though the Hightower's did it you're not cross many people like that and get away with it.

We saw a kid catch a body over jokes. You don't have be about that life when you have weapons especially a WMD

I don't think you understand anything I've said which is why you're so confused.

The post I replied to was talking about Aemond's dragon as if it were a factor in stopping him from pursuing the Strong bastard.

I first said Aemond could've been locked up by them and it wouldn't matter cuz the dragon is outside.

Anything could've happened to Aemond in there. The dragon doesn't matter. That was my point.

Now it's so what if he retaliates.
As far as what Aemond would do if Borros had his men stop him from pursuing the kid. He isn't going to retaliate against the lord he just came there to make an ally. That's the end of that.

Now in you're scenario where he at least kills a soldier cuz he was prevented from chasing the kid so ******* what?

Its a soldier. Who gives a ****. He's a prince.

What's not to get?

Even though the Hightower's did it you're not cross many people like that and get away with it.

So what do you think will happen? Aemond kills a soldier and one of the other soldiers who happens to be his brother attacks him? Or his gay lover that's a soldier kills Aemond?

None of that **** would happen cuz Aemond aint killing anyone anyway.

If Borros delays him Aemond is going to back down. Simple as that.

Also the kid caught a body over jokes cuz HE WAS ABOUT THAT LIFE. You just assumed he wasn't cuz he was a kid.

The older son is filled with careless ambition. He's trying to "step up", but none of them are capable. They appear to be coddled and just now trying to step into boots they aren't able to fill. Imo neither of them are versed enough to lead an army nor act as a diplomat. One eye on the other hand is able to do both.

I agree on the assessment of the Strong bastards.

To me they're just plot devices there to be killed. Too frail and insecure to matter much unless the older bastard gets recast next season.

As far as Aemond, when it was the kid version I was like damn he seems like the one that should be backed as heir and king not Aegon. After w/e time skip and we get the older version I dunno seems like his growth was stunted. Seems to have the tools to lead but its wasting it cuz he has no mentor and just seems petty. He just seems like he's out here to prove something with every action.

Kinda crazy to me Otto has not taken him under his wing.

He just spent the last ep brooding and complaining about how he should be king not his brother yet still following orders and finding his bro and putting him on the throne. When he should be getting his Littlefinger on and plotting to usurp the throne and using this civil war to do it.

Instead he's still salty over a 10 year old pig joke when he ended up with the biggest dragon. Son still trying to get even over his lost eye like his family didn't just take the throne.

Like in the books he should've killed the Strong bastard on purpose but his face at the end of this ep when his dragon chomped up kid and the smaller dragon by accident lets me know son still a kid himself.

Right now after Rhae, there ain't a character fit to rule/be heir.

I can’t believe they showed Lucerys’ death in season 1. At this rate Rhaenyra is gonna get eaten in season 2. The only way it goes to season 3 is if they show Aegon the younger crowned king.

They probably gonna spend half the season in Winterfell in s2.

Fam needs to be rewarded. Should've been named new lord commander on the spot.

I actually wanted a scene of him telling Rhae and Daem all the loyal badass **** he did to get her the crown and freeing Rhaenys.

It’s more of a thing where he wanted to taunt/bully him but not kill him. It’s all fun and games until someone is hurt.

Like the directors/writers stated he definitely didn’t want to be the reason of starting a war.
