Exactly. At least the tzatsiki sauce is essentially a salad dressing for the greens and just happens to get on the rice/lamb

Tried the easy grilled steak method posted a few weeks ago. Came out fine, I wish I had a little more control of the surface area though as my grill marks were uneven and not consistent throughout.
