Made two types of rice yesterday.

With lentils

With dill and lima beans

Rice with lentils with a stew I made with chicken breast, tomatoes, and kidney beans. A scoop of plain yogurt on the side

No recipe really. Just cut up chicken breast into smaller pieces, had some canned tomatoes and kidney beans. Also chopped up some onion and threw it all in a pan. Added black pepper and salt.

Pho love starts with the broth. I've come across more bland broth than flavorful so I could see folks not loving it. I've made the broth myself and spiced it up my own way, it was delicious.

It is a simple dish. Rice and broth, so I get all folks that think it is overrated.
