Chicken after done cooking
Was too hungry to notice I didn't snap a clear pic. The butter chicken didnt come out with the orange/reddish color I was expecting, but it was fire nontheless.

Made some porridge this morning.
Blended up Oats, cinnamon, ground ginger, all spice.
Blended up orange zest, half of a banana, PB, and almond milk
Combined all in a sauce pan and simmered. Added some crushed almonds for texture

Taiwanese porridge a bit different. We call it congee, uses rice instead of oats. It's basically soupy rice

Congee with pork and thousand y/o egg or with fish is my go to. Add some chinese donut/youtiao too.
Breakfast this morning at OD's Kitchen in Gilroy. Called the F.B.D. Someone on yelp called it Fat Boy's Delight but I'm not sure if it's short for that
Bed of potato hash with ham, bell peppers and onions, layered with a country fried steak, pieces of biscuit with gravy and topped with 3 eggs. Sharing for two so added a pancake.
Walked it off with a hike by the lake. This stuff is great gonna stock up on these.
