They be weird yo.
nah, grilled onions >

tomatoes need to removed though
You aint lying.

When I discovered grilled onions. I use to play with raw diced onions, maybe a few rings, sometimes fried onion rings but grilled is where its at.

Tried Matiki Island BBQ in San Jose for lunch for the first time. There is one in Anaheim. Got the #7 with beef and kalbi short ribs.
The mac salad was bland. At Ono Hawaiian Bbq I had Sunday tasted better. The rice was borderline hard here too. Meat little overdone. On the sweeter side too. Good char/color though lol. Might go back for the beef ribs.

THERE'S A MATIKI UP HERE NOW?!
Had no idea either. Gotta try #1 sams plate :smokin

Caramelized onions is the way to go. I usually keep some on deck in my fridge and add them to my cooked food. Goes well with just about anything

Always wanted to try duck. The fattiness of it has always scared of trying it along with not too many places selling duck.

That pic was my first time trying duck breast on my own, just the cheap frozen cut. Score it and treat it like a steak, baste with the juices with some herbs in the pan after you get a good crisp on the skin.
