The NYC-to-Montauk pipeline is real.
Having been to Roberta's a few times, I think it's PRETTY good. Not my favorite pizza in the city, but a good Neapolitan-style pie and a good spot to post up and have a drink.
Will hopefully check it out this summer.

I went once like 10 years ago before a Jay-Z concert at Barclays. Good pie. Still think L'Industrie is the leader in the clubhouse.The NYC-to-Montauk pipeline is real.

Tweaked the pork char siu recipe a bit. Now with 50% more red:

Yeah they're best known for their burger. I'm not one for thick patties, but I'll always make the exception for theirs. Probably my favorite burger outside of my own backyard.
Whole menu is pretty great though, especially their wine and cocktail list. Great spot to post up.

Funny you post this. Drove up to Clinton, Mississippi today and stopped at Taste of India. Grabbed a plate of Lamb Curry to go.Pricey but good. I stay away from the crazy flavors and go for the classics.

I only like lamb in gyros or sometimes lamb chops if done right But need to try a lamb curry. Leg of lamb looks so amazing cooked on an open fire but I can’t eat it at all, it has a taste that makes me yack.
