Gobi mean Cauliflower in Hindi so it'll usually always be cauliflower for Gobi Manchurian
They also make chicken 65 which is kind of similar, but Gobi Manchurian is what I get as i'm vegetarian

There’s a desert in China called Gobi so I thought it meant that, but I looked at the Indian menu and figured out all the cauliflower dishes were called Gobi.
