When I was a kid one of the McD’s had a room with horse saddles as the seats for some high top tables. That’s the most interesting/unique one I’ve ever encountered.

^^^ when my son was around 3-4, I took him to a McD’s with a play land - slides, climbing stuff, ball pit. My wife, who is for very legitimate reasons a bit of a germaphobe, was not happy when I told her where we’d been. Had to give him two baths until she was ready to touch him again.
