Cluck It - South Loop Chicago

I think I found my favorite Chicken Sandwich in Chicago. New place I saw on the Hungry Hound segment on the news. The Banana Pudding is something else as well. Apparently it took the chef a few year to get right. It tastes ridiculous. Fries were crispy as hell. Place is pretty pricey and is at a food pick up hub so takeout only but all well worth it.

Chicken Sandwich
8 oz Boneless Chicken Thigh, Brioche Bun, Cole Slaw, American Cheese, Pickles, Cluck It Sauce, & Waffle Fries

Edit: I just noticed the mascot on the box is giving "the bird" in the first pic

Better than Chandler Parson's?

My friends are in Boystown, by the Lincoln Park one. I definitely enjoyed it when I visited. Bummed I wasn't able to make the trip this year. Maybe Spring/Summer.

dope. I think I remember you posting your last visit. You hit some good spots. My buddy is by the Logan Square location. Also a Roost just opened up by me in loop/south loop not too long ago. Their hot chicken sandwich on a biscuit is incredible.

didn't you go to Japan and say there wasn't anything to eat?

But my biggest 'issue" was simply the number of pork items that were everywhere. I don't eat pork like that so sometimes it was hard for me to find things to eat.

Heavy carb diet as well.

But I damn sure enjoyed eating grilled mackerel every morning for breakfast.

I should go to Idylwood Plaza in Falls Church, Virginia so I could get this again for lunch.....

Astro's Doughnuts and Fried Chicken:
Spicy chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce on a cheddar biscuit (they have an Old Bay donut for their sandwiches and I have not been able to get the nerve to try it.....my head cannot wrap around Old Bay being on a donut).

PB&J donut - The chocolate chip cookie dough one on the left is good too, but their PB&J one will always be my favorite from them!

Jason's Deli:
Spicy Seafood Gumbo.....words cannot express how good this is from there! (mouth watering)

How’d you like prinos? I went to that same one and it was probably the worst chicken wrap I’ve ever had. You ever been to Greek on the street? They do Greek food right!
