bbq pork sliders and jalapeno mac and cheese
sous-vided the pork for 24 hrs and smoked it for 3 hrs
it was good. next time i'd do 18 hrs sous vide and smoke at a higher heat for 3-4

still trying to find somewhere near me for the right price
