It is usually COLD and I can't mess with cold items in a warm sandwich.

Yea, I tend to avoid lettuce and tomatoes on burgers for that reason alone.

lettuce is a pass for me in most cases. not a fan of what it does for texture (moisture) and there's minimal flavor

it's ok for sandwiches with crusty bread or if it's added right before eating (burger)

I wish all places cut their Yuca fries the size of steak fries at the MAX. I had some Yuca fries from Sardi's that were as thick 4in in width. I just had to cut them myself.
