Cabbage is masterful man.

Toss in garlic, fresh ginger, salt, pepper, cayenne, and a little olive oil. Roast and get some burnt pieces in there, retoss, finish roasting. Yea sounds disgusting.
 
My wife got me a Sous Vide thing for Christmas. Just bought a cheap plastic box in Ikea but it’s doing the job. Got a brisket in there so I’ll let you know tomorrow how it goes.

Sour cream is an odd one for me as well, i really dont like it in a burrito or taco but think it slaps with a baked potato :lol:
