Cabbage is masterful man.

Toss in garlic, fresh ginger, salt, pepper, cayenne, and a little olive oil. Roast and get some burnt pieces in there, retoss, finish roasting. Yea sounds disgusting.

My wife got me a Sous Vide thing for Christmas. Just bought a cheap plastic box in Ikea but it’s doing the job. Got a brisket in there so I’ll let you know tomorrow how it goes.

I'm not super familiar with MoCo so I've never heard of those places.

There are 3 very good taco spots within about a 3 mile stretch on Rt 1 in Jessup. I've posted them all in here previously.

House Ramen from 843 Korean BBQ. Not the best I’ve had but they blessed me with the kimchi and other pickled goodies so I’m not complaining. All I remember is kimchi, pickle daikon, and pickle bell sprout flower?
