Sure, he could have done his restart better, but Max would have eventually gotten him anyway. Max was way faster, so it would not have made a difference.

More experience will help, as well as some coaching from Webber, but this was really the best result he could have gotten.

Another 1-2 for RB again. Only 10 laps in. It sucks to know that the only way Max won’t win is if his car has a mechanical failure, or he crashes out. That’s it.
