With modern medicine the way it is, you can easily reverse the vasectomy too.the brothers just have a deep seeded fear of the hospitals...

If he didn't mess with her, maybe he would of taken that extra chance and killed it. He wasn't in any position to squander the opportunity. Messing with Evelyn effectively ended all of that.
How convenient for Evelyn to settle down with another multi-million earning ball player.
