Again I ask......

Standalone game, early first-second quarter, a 300 lb Tackle lines up 3 blades of grass too far back from the Center's belt, 7 flags come flyin in, refs huddle and penalize a multi billion dollar franchise 5 yards.

Standalone game, game on the line, QB CLEAR AS DAY gets hit in the facemask, an absolute crime in today's NFL, same exact refs don't own a single piece of yellow laundry.
93 camera angles, an entire nation worth of witnesses, and the 15+ billion dollar league can't do anything to get the correct call made.

Fix that **** NFL. Fix it. Get the calls that matter right and stop fretting over first quarter illegal procedures & ****

No flags for illegal procedures in the first quarter seems like a bad idea. They should just get them all right. The issue is, the calls are only right if they go in favor of the player/teams fans like. If refs make the right call for the wrong team, it means they're cheating for them.

I'm saying every ref on the field throwin their flag over an alignment issue by 6 inches or whatever. Huddle up and all that.

But an easy to see facemask and not one of them throws a flag, then the overwatch person doesn't signal down, the HQ doesn't buzz any of them, just nothing.

Refs are always gonna miss calls so the right answer is to make them reviewable. It really makes no sense to now allow every flag to be reviewed.

Unfortunately, seems like they never will. I'm old enough to remember when the Bengals almost won a super bowl thanks to the most egregious offensive facemask non-call of all time. If that didn't spur change, nothing will
