Crazy. I live on the 12th floor, so my view is pretty decent. But it's kind of crazy when the stuff you usually see in the distance can't be seen.It's like you don't know if something is coming or not.

United sucks. I won't go through the whole story but a couple years ago, we were supposed to fly back from Denver to LGA. Huge snowstorm inNY, all the airports are closed and United tries to tell us our flight hasn't been canceled. We were trying to reschedule, called early that morning. Like 8 hours later they finally say it's canceled and by that time the next available flight was a red-eye 2 nights later.
