Good name but retail of $175 ($120 on sale) is too much for a book full of pictures that can be viewed online.

Going to a dinner with the wifey this weekend.

Was wondering if this was a good outfit

Grey cardigan
White button up
Navy tie
Black Cord pants

Navy tie and black pants will clash.

I could imagine it looking good but the black cords is a bit off from what I could picture in my head.
Just a suggestion, I would go with some khakis or light brown chinos with everything else.
That is just me though.

You think JCrew is form-fitting? Try going to Europe. But in general, JCrew is a tighter fit, I would agree, and they make very decent stuff, especially fortheir sale prices. I'm a huge fan.

Nobody saw my post on the last page so I'll try again: anywhere with scarves/cardigans on sale? I couldn't find any over the summer months, and I'dlike a black cardigan and also a scarf that's not wool for early Fall. Thanks all.

WJ4 has snatched up a few great deals on cardigans from BR.
Worth a look.

GAP still has their 15% off $75, 20% off $100, 25% off $150 deal and there might be a good cardigan in their store somewhere on sale.

This jacket is on sale at GAP.com too for $200 and with the 25% off discount, it goes down to $150.
That is a nice deal I think, especially if you apply for the extra 20% off by signing up for a GAP card.

very nice deal right there, i just know the collar type would look foolish on me though. as for fits, the toughest part on my last mall of america trip hasbeen length.

i'm 190, 6'0 and i have a ton of problems finding shirts that fit appropriately. h&m was pretty good, and gap seems to be getting better. nothinglike the old discontinued lacoste retro-fit polo's though.

I actually prefer the ribber neck and sleeves trim on leather jackets, more especiafically it is a classic look on varsity jackets.
If I missed out on the W&H version, I might have taken a plunge on this one.

Frrrreeeeeaaaaals man... i'm 6'4 so sleeve length (for long sleeve shirts) is always a problem... they are always tooshort.

I bought the book last night. Not bad for $20 and it makes great toilet reading (or looking).

I think a lot of people in this thread can appreciate it.

Good !+%# Gents.

Since both came up on the last page, I picked up several nice cardigans from J Crew last month. So try there if you're looking.

Like stated, different editions. You didn't really expect for a book publishing company to only make ONE copy that retails for more than$100, did you?

The one I got was the regular copy that retails for $25. With my Barnes And Noble membership and 15% coupon, it came to around $20.xx taxed.

Seeing the pictures in the book make me want to carry my SLR around everywhere now.

SMH Going to be a typical Asian if I really do it.

I received a 20% off $99 purchase from BR.
It is a unique, one-time use code though but just a heads up to those interested, check out your junk mails.

i used to sell jackets like that for $60-70 except they had snaps instead of buttons. the GAP is ripping people off
