Dressing Better Vol 2.0

Saw some lunargrand chukka at my nordstrom rack for ~170, the one with the pink lunarsole. Two sizes I saw were 10 and 10.5. Just a heads up if you got NR near you.

Glad to see you back steezy. Really digging the navy + brown combo :hat . I've been too scared to attempt it but this pic has me thinking I might just say F it :lol

Why are you scared to attempt a navy/brown combo? It's a staple, it's not like it's out of the ordinary :lol

:lol I was going to say the same thing, Blue/Brown is my "go-to". I can't do Navy/Black, I just can't. Maybe because I feel it mutes how wonderful navy can be, and a brown shoe/brown belt can make navy "pop"

I feel Navy/Black is reserved for servicemen, don't like the look, too "uniform". That is just my personal opinion.

Broinlaw popped the question today during his Probie family showcase day, a week away from officially beig an FDNY fireman...so proud of dude...I know it don't belong in here, but you guys are fam so had to share the excitement!

Nah bro, joint is from Gap from last year....Wis would love this hoody.

Sup fam, it's been a while since I posted in here. But what are your thoughts on Clark's Desert Boots for the Office? Got an internship starting in 2 weeks and need some shoes to wear. Do you think they are too casual? Or am I better off just getting a pair of wingtips or something. Dress code is business casual btw

People have mixed opinions about using desert boots as business casual footwear... I would say they are okay but that's just my opinion

Thanks fam. Standard attire for me would be Khakis (Khaki, Navy, Olive, and Grey) and a standard button up shirt and/or polo shirt

No problem man. To add alittle more to what I said, while Desert Boots are okay for business casual you should definitely look into some other footwear. Loafers...cough ;)

Here's a pretty good guide for business casual: http://www.gq.com/style/wear-it-now/201009/new-business-casual-september-gq-style#slide=1

This is my daily uniform. Clark DB's are great for lower business casual. If you are in an office that does less khaki and more dress slacks I would say no. Different offices define business casual differently.

DB do not belong in the office. Especially business causal, I could be wrong but basically business casual imo is just no tie :lol
