Save up and get something decent man. A pleather bag would get ruined quick and I wouldn't trust it holding my stuff.

Jeez calm down bruh. I just think I would get my moneys worth with an expensive wallet cause id be using it everyday. Its not like a pair of $500 Arena's that I would use every now and then. I like nice things, im willing to spend money on nice things, especially if I think ill get my moneys worth.

I'm pretty calm, your humor just didn't translate at all. Seemed like a clear implication that you don't carry thin cardholders because they're not manly enough but wallets are. No big deal though. Not sure what the cost of a wallet compared to shoes has to do with anything, I never mentioned that. I still have a Gucci wallet, it's the last one I used before switching.
Phone holsters are incredibly corny, could never do it. I equate it to geeky dudes, I won't single out a profession, but the same type who wore or still wear Bluetooth earpieces around. So bad.
"Leather looking" messenger bag? Sounds like it'd look extremely cheap and you'd be better off with a different material. I haven't checked for them but $80 sounds low for any quality messenger bag.

Just trying to make the point in general (the point I was trying to make in my OG post) that a wallet is something every guy shoudnt think twice about spending a lot of money on. Its something you will ALWAYS have on your person. Its not like a pair of expensive shoes that you wear a few times a month. Theres where I get the whole value thing.

That's a hot deal. I couldn't find it at the Walmarts around here. I had a feeling that they would be a relax fit.Personally I'm not a fan of holsters. Looks tacky. Simple case on my phone. Right in my pocket. Good enough for me.

Oh, and I peeped this yesterday. Not sure if anyone remembers but Wal-Mart had those harris tweed jackets back in the fall/winter. They are on a pretty good discount now. If your Wal-Mart had em, I'd suggest checking them out. Material felt very good and very warm. Maybe won't get much play with the changing weather but will be perfect for F/W '13. Slim dudes beware. This thing is made for a fuller gentlemen. I'm talking I could fit two full fists and then some when I tried on a 38R. Sleeves hit well though :\

I was going to get the LV infini leather cardholder instead of the regular damier wallet. It was so damn buttery, but I really coudnt do a cardholder. Its clean looking, but I like the idea of a wallet. I kinda like the bulk. Pause.
Spend as you will, if you use a cardholder everyday like a wallet (obv) then of course it would be worth it.

If I was getting a bag to hold my Mac and whatever else Lucky wants it for, I would save up or look for a bag with different material, pleather tends to be flimsy.
People recommend Express, J Crew, etc usually when people ask for their first suits. I'm not going to recommend a Dormeuil suit to someone who doesn't know their suit size yet.

Speaking of wallets, I prefer a card case, as I usually try to limit myself to just carrying plastic. I know on my bespoke trousers their is a small hidden pocket so that you don't even carry a wallet. The pocket is big enough to fit a CC/Debit card, iD and a key.
Edit: Also went to JCP today and although I found a nice navy/white polka dot tie, everything has been increased in pricing. The navy/white polka dot shirt is up to $40, the shorts that were $14, two weeks ago are $24, and the suits that were once about $200-$210 for trousers and jacket are now, $240 for the Jacket and about $100-$120 for trousers...plus 50% off. Come out to be the same but people really are the gullible when it comes to sales signs I guess.

@lucky... If u do decide to save up for something decent.. I would suggest buying a messenger/comuter bag from coach.. Great entry level leather bag IMO.. The have great deals periodically and u can def get a nice bag in the 250-350 range with their 20-25% offerings that they have sometimes

Great quality all around. The zipper is butter smooth, way smoother than my LV card holder. I have a black one on ice in case my brown one gets destroyed in the years to comeI might pull the trigger on the brown one.. +1 good looks kid
