Snagged a pair of patent shoes from the Meermin seconds sale for upcoming black tie events. My first Meermins and I can now vouch, the quality feels unbelievable for the price (particularly the discount for the seconds, from which I find no real flaws).

Sizing was true for me. I go one full size down in dress shoes, and then one size down from that for the conversion to UK sizing; i.e. 13 in sneakers, 12 in dress shoes, 11UK fits great from Meermin.

Boxy fit wave is killing a ***** ... I'm 6'4 with a long torso. Everything is crop top status

A lot of 'trendy' **** now is super androgynous looking. But the baggy / boxy fits look way better on females imo.

Need to get my bread up so i can afford Ralph Lauren garms . They holding it down with the classic mens tailoring.

I have an athletic build so the contemporary pants work for me. I also don't like the skinny suit look or the look where everyone can see the contents of your pockets because they are so tight in the thigh area.
