Dressing Better Vol 2.0

No detergent? Should I use woolite dark or whatever?
depends what your goals are. woolite dark will minimize indigo loss. that said, if you use a little regular tide or something and just agitate the water initially and let them soak your loss will be minimal as well.

Nice fit sarteaga

Interesting concept, similar to online MTM suits - http://dappered.com/2013/02/in-person-mantorii-custom-shoes/

Family photo of AE - definitely time for more Shell

Wis, Carlin, Serg! Someone give me the OK to do this.

Carlin, Jason and Wis thank you both! I actually ended up going with something else as it fit our theme for Senior Week better for "Career Day" but not to say the look is not professional looking. Probably will be wearing this on Thursday for Valentines Day instead though.

If any of you have tips on how decrease the size of my chest, as it is where I am top heavy that would be great.
I would say pushups and ab work. Check out P90X. Its getting me to drop weight.

can't spot reduce...meaning you can't choose where you want to lose weight.

consume less calories. look up your basic metabolic rate on google. eat at a caloric deficit of 500 to 1000 calories a day.

yes woolite dark bro. i also waited a year mine werent as nearly destressed so i am dissappointed in my was. yours are going to turn out great though.

Seriously :{

Some people make them look so good though :rolleyes

for my build i think PS are to small but the leg opening on my NS are to wide. i am contemplating taking them to the tailor but im scared. :rolleyes

I've heard horror stories about selvedge denim being taken to tailors... if you know a trusted one in your area, go to them. Don't go to just anyone who will do it for a decent price.

Agree and that's what I did. You can still enjoy yummy foods that are low in cals. I loved turkey burgers on wheat buns with avocado and a cup of yogurt for lunch during my stage of losing weight.

300-500 deficit is ideal when starting to lose weight. Up it once you hit a plateau.

ehh. sarg looks pretty overweight. no offense. he can eat 500-100 less calories a day without much, if any, negative consequences.

Can't u just put selvedge jeans in the freezer to clean them without having to wash them? Or get rid of odors?

Denim button up from J.Crew Outlet $20

Docker's Alpha Camo on sale $30

Clark's Desert Boot Beeswax (leather conditioner gave it dark color) from Nordstrom Rack $50

And it's awesome that you guys have different ways of dressing: from a Blazer, tie, and nice pair of jeans, to something more relaxed, such as a sweater, jeans, and nice shoes. . . it's all about the spectrum! I admire it all!

Just picked these up at Nordstrom Rack...
Finally I got me a deal

Great deal man. I love the Bushacres, I wear my desert boots more but the Bushacres are great for when it's raining or snowing and you don't want to slip

Ears, I love the fit but the waist and thigh area of the pants look too big.

I don't think anyone is recommending a "spot" reduction.

However, you can target, working out an area will tone it and build muscle (genetics aside). Can't do it with push ups alone though, need to do cardio, and diet will play a huge role as well.

As far as Pinoy's fit to class, seems a bit excessive for the environment to be honest. Going without a tie would of relaxed the look a bit, plus I'm not a huge fan of ties with jeans. Personally, it's the ultimate oxymoron. Pants say this is a relaxed look, same with the Neumok's, but the waist up says otherwise. That's my two cents, even though no one is asking, :lol

This sums it up:

It’s a balancing act. Being a perpetually overdressed that guy is all too easy when most men hate putting on anything but a graphic t-shirt. Looking and feeling your best is priority #1. But at the same time you don’t want to purposely outdress the room to such a level that you’re alienating all the other guys. And if one of these other guys asks you where you got your shoes, or why your suit fits so well, that’s a hell of an opportunity to be an ambassador for this side. It takes guts to ask another guy about his look. Almost all of us were in that position at some point.

90% don’t care – And let ‘em.
8% care way too much – And that’s not a label any of us want.

Landing in that final, well balanced 2% is the goal.

Thanks, man! The waist and thigh look too big because I'm pulling on the pockets with my hand, but I do like a little extra room in the thigh area anyway. Years of running track have made my thighs out of proportion. But thanks for the compliment!
