Warner Bros. Unveils Updated DC Films Slate

At the Comic-Con Experience 2017 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Warner Bros. held a panel promoting a number of upcoming movies. As you might expect, the DC Films Universe also got a mention and that came with an updated reveal of the releases which are on the way. However, the announcement was perhaps most notable for the absence of several key projects which are supposed to be in the works.

Wonder Woman 2 was the first to be presented but the "2" was shown as "II" in Roman numerals, so that could be an indication of how the title will appear on promo art and the like moving forward.

Aquaman followed, as did Flashpoint, Suicide Squad 2, Shazam, Batgirl, Green Lantern Corps, The Batman, and Justice League Dark. That's an impressive lineup of movies but there are lots of movies which weren't mentioned, including Cyborg, Deathstroke, Gotham City Sirens, Harley Quinn, The Joker vs. Harley Quinn, Nightwing, the standalone Joker movie, and the long rumoured Justice League 2.

Perhaps those movies are just too early in the stages of development for title cards to be shown but Warner Bros. is clearly still committed to the DC Films Universe for now.

Although I don't agree with Flashpoint being the first Flash movie, they have already established the idea of Barry trying to prove his pops' innocence. So, the idea of him going back in time to change things or see what happened does make sense.

With that being said, have they announced any director to this project yet?

All in on Flashpoint, the animated joint (Flashpoint Paradox) was flames.

I want marvel to do a live action version of this. Mexican Superman with the villain goatee. :smokin

This **** reads stupid as **** Like some young DC fan just made it up after reading a Harley Quinn book and became a fanatic

Treating Harley like she's a mix between Batman and WW.

are they really gonna go with the title flashpoint?
Unless they're gonna change the entire movie universe with it, Flashpoint being Flash's first movie is a worse idea than following MoS up with BvS.

Probably should've focused more on the fact his mom was murdered by someone. That convo with his dad should've been half him saying he'd find the real killer and mourning his mom.

He seemed lonely but still well off with his awkward jokes. Plus nothing hinted a connection with the West family.

I was being facetious, no 40 is clearly not a senior citizen, and when Bats is with the JL he does whatever is needed for them to win (which can include extreme physical activities). The point is though its alot harder for a 40 year old to face off against meta-humans (atleast), especially for a franchise with multiple films. As a human he needs all the advantages he can get

EDIT: I'm going by Ben's actual age which is 45, I don't know the official age of Bruce in the film series
I get Bruce being in his mid to late 30s

Shouldn’t be pushing 40s just yet. IMO yeah he lost a robin , but I always felt batfleck looked way a little bit too old. If he looked the same age as supes woulda been perfect.
