Looks more and more likely that this is what the 8 will look like, although I'm doubtful about that fingerprint sensor on the back.

Personally I would have preferred that, I've used other phones with the sensor on the back and it's not that bad.

3 models are releasing. In 4.7 and 5.5 inch lcd screens with touch ID, and 5.8 OLED screen in smaller form factor than plus models with no touch ID but 3D facial recognition ID. All three will have glass backs to support wireless charging and Apple will give developer access to support expanded NFC, no longer closed to only Apple Pay. Upgraded internals as usual. Rumor has it, since new glass backs will be introduced, Apple may scrap the 7 and 7S names and go with iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and iPhone Pro name lineup.

Having the 8, 8 plus and Pro make more sense than introducing a 7S. But you never know with Apple.

I would look and just cop a cheap 5 off Craigslist to hold you down. Unless you're cool with the 7 and you find a great deal and don't care for the 8?
