I know the topic has been beat to hell and back but here’s the comparison of the OG to the 2011 patent height. I sure as hell like the new height rather than the 2008-2015 stuff. Sure it’s a little higher than OG but you all know you’ll cop come December.

When it comes to PL height the ONLY pair that came close to getting it right before the SJ's in 2016 and the after the DMP's in 06 were the Columbia XI's aka the Legend Blue joints from 2014. My pair is verrrry close to what the early 2000's were but there are other things to consider. BUT, when it comes to PL height.. those are a close medium between too high and the low PL dark ages.

I wore my 09 jams to a movie with my wife and son. Had these on all day. Still do lol. I love their comfort. They probably have maybe 20 some wears to them. If the 2018s feel better than these, It will feel great. To me anyway..

I agree, and would even say the pantone xi might have been a bit better than those. Maybe it was that 2014 mold.

Most likely the people that have wanted the 45 are tied to it in some way sentimentally from 1995. Like myself. Nothing wrong there. JB capitalized on yet another Concord release for us all coming back 5-10 yrs from now. This release is huge to me. Just like the 2016 45 was.

Does Nike still do Nike+ reserves? Not that I'm worried about getting these but I haven't gotten one since the Wolf Gray AM 270's I think

Obviously I have no idea if they will for these,But they definitely still do the reserves. I’ve got one the past 3 weeks for the 6s,8s and 10s that dropped today. Naturally all 3 were trash that I wanted nothing to do with lol.
