[h5]Nate Robinson | Knicks [/h5]
The New York Post reports today that during the third quarter of the Knicks' Tuesday night loss to the Kings, Nate Robinson shouted at Mike D'Antoni and "uttered an f-bomb" after D'Antoni yelled at Robinson for "botching the last play with a bad decision."
Earlier this season, D'Antoni benched Robinson for 15 straight games for his attitude.
Whether it'll happen again remains to be seen: the Knicks don't play again till Tuesday against the Bulls.

[h5]Tracy McGrady | Rockets [/h5]
[h5]T-Mac's suitors[/h5]
- Washington. The Rockets have expressed interest in http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?playerId=1705http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?playerId=1705Caron Butler and http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?playerId=1000http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?playerId=1000Brendan Haywood.
- Philadelphia. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?playerId=2386http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?playerId=2386Andre Iguodala would likely be sent back in return, freeing up cap space for the Sixers.
- New York. They likely don't have the parts the Rockets want, but involving the Wizards could get a deal done.
- Chicago. Houston could be a potential dumping spot for Kirk Hinrich, John Salmons or Tyrus Thomas.
As we chimed in on yesterday, the newest trade chatter surrounding Tracy McGrady is a three-way trade involving the Rockets, Knicks and Wizards.
According to Adrian Wojnarowksi of Yahoo! Sports, the teams are in the discussion stages of a trade that would ship Caron Butler and Brendan Haywood to the Rockets, while Al Harrington would be a Wizard and McGrady a Knick.
Wojnarowski tweeted last evening that: "The three-way trade talks with Wiz, NY and Houston haven't progressed today, source says. New York and Washington waiting to hear from Houston to advance ball."
Because of the complex nature of this trade -- other contracts need to be added in for it to work -- it's far from a done deal. But on the surface, this would seem to work for everyone: the Rockets get good talent in return for T-Mac, the Wizards get some framework for the future, and the Knicks would clear more cap space if Jared Jeffries is included in this, something they're trying to do heading into this summer's free-agency season.
Though as ESPN's Chris Sheridan noted yesterday, Jeffries likely won't be included in a deal, so they may not get any lower under the salary cap in such a deal.
So what's the Knicks' motivation for such a trade, then? According to Ken Berger of CBS Sports, the Knicks are hoping McGrady can give them a late season push towards the playoffs.
And Wojnarowski adds today that if McGrady is not traded and instead bought out, "the Knicks are No. 1 on his list to sign with for the rest of the season."
So T-Mac could land in NY in more ways than one.

Houston could get under luxury-tax line in deal with Knicks
"They've come to the conclusion that Houston probably isn't going to take Jared Jeffries off their hands, but they're still willing to offer several of their own expiring contracts -- a list that includes Al Harrington, Larry Hughes and Chris Duhon. But the Rockets want rookie Jordan Hill, too, and New York is currently saying no. What the Knicks will have in their corner at the 11th hour is $3 million in cash and a willingness to take on Brian Cook, which would help Houston shave $2.62 million off its payroll to get beneath the luxury tax line, bringing them another $4-plus million when luxury tax payments are divvied up this summer among non-taxpaying teams.

T-Mac has desirable contract
"While it's unclear what McGrady has left as a player, his contract makes him a superstar at the trade deadline: A team trading for T-Mac can wipe $22 million off its 2010-11 books."
New York is looking to make a deal in the next eight days, namely for a point guard and Tracy McGrady.Originally Posted by viiheaven
