I vividly remember Hector Garza did that to DDP once on Nitro, and DDP ball-tapped him for it.
EDIT: For clarity... Hector was on offense and was picking DDP up by his hair. He purposely held DDP's head at his crotch like that pic for an extended period of time, and DDP subtly punched him in the balls.

Now if they could only get PWTs to step up their incredibly crappy quality..Last 2 shirts I got from them the printing started to crack after 2 or 3 washes..Used to be able to go about 10 before you'd see any kind of fading/wear..

I think they've outgrown PWT at this point
I know it's good for a quicker turnaround as far as going from design to finished product, but I'm pretty sure fans would trade that for higher quality
