If it was strictly football, no doubt. But, Deshaun and his reps attempted to use the organization’s incompetence and the fans’ disgust of them to duck incoming sexual harassment claims. That trade request had zero to with football, cause it did, he wouldn’t have firmly backed Bill O’Brien after blowing a 24-0 lead with a chance at hosting an AFC title game. Exactly. Him and his team (Quincy Avery and David Mulegheta(sp?) have moved sloppily throughout this entire thing. Basically attempted to rope a dope the fans. Remember all the stuff about Eric Bieniemy? He never actually wanted anything to do with him, but it was easy to use as a ploy based on the fans feelings towards management. The Texans fired various coaches we’ve been wanting gone for awhile, and got rid of various underachieving and flat out bummy players we’ve wanted gone. It was never about football with Watson, it was about trying to high tail it from upcoming claims. Houston is a hot-bed for adult entertainment and Watson was apparently taking full advantage of it.
