Less likely: Either they’re good with a GM and he or she has lined up the interviews, yet are fine not having him or her there for the interviews themselves (weird)

More likely: Or they’re good with a GM and he or she has lined up the interviews, won’t be their themselves, and Vikings personnel present will ask the questions the GM would have, and that GM will watch the interviews on video (weird)

Stupid: They will conduct coach interviews without a GM and then will have to retrace their steps
