I personally thought the Clippers were better than the Thunder before the series started. And I still think the Clippers would've been a tougher match up for the Spurs.

what exactly warrants a pass these days to yall? why is it rings for some people but conference finals for others? or playoff performances vs awards for others.

.
Becuase theres levels to this young boy!

We cant put the championship expectation on you, when you cant even make it out of the second round.

Lol I think it's clear who is winning the chip already any bball Gawd in they right mind wouldn't pick Indy after these last few rds they've been playing. I will say this though I got y'all winning it all since the East was a cake walk and Wade ain't been limping but the only team I can see killing the Heats dreams is Coach Pop, funny thing is Okc is the Spurs Kryptonite they not even getting past OKc so pretty much the chip waiting in y'all laps 8)

Remember before the playoffs started when you told me Wade would be a bum and I told you id come looking for you when he doesn't? :smokin

Lol it makes sense why he missed all those gms I don't think he was hurt they was really resting him. Yes I was in the wrong and I'm sure since you a Heat fan you had to be worried to some degree. Clearly he's healthy Wade at 80% and Lebron can't nobody in the League beat them FACT!

i'm really not seeing how People are blaming CP for his team losing to the league MVP and what is looking like the most dominant guard in the League.

If he played horribly throughout or shrunk in the big moments of the game (it clearly happened in game 5, but that's it) then i could say he's overated, but the man averaged 20 10 with 3 steal and shot 45% from the field & from 3. He made several big shots in the final 2 minutes of games and kept their team in it. Guarded Westbrook & Durant in the same series.

Also since Magic their hasn't been any PG's who dominate and take their team to a championship, their have been several who were great with a greater team however and won.

I'm not sure how you can be overated because you failed to win a championship by your 9th season? unless of course people are crowning you one of the best ever and hands down the best player in the league after continually playing below your standards in big moments which CP3 hasn't done.

Every playoff he's improved his play from the regular season.

if okc makes the finals all time great PG derek fisher will give rio the work

I'm not too worried about that. They won't play each other much.

Someone will overpay Chalmers

I think so too :lol. Cole as well, reportedly teams were constantly offering the heat trades for cole because they felt like he's a starting caliber PG in this league.

Indy is looking scary though...if Wade ain't healthy come playoff time Heat will be getting eliminated!

$25 says that if Indy and Miami play in the post season, Miami wins in 6 or less...let me know.

Yeah I'll put my money up knowing Wade is hurt lol yeah I'm down

flyerthandelta flyerthandelta

I'll give you a chance to back out now if you want.

Definitely not a Heat fan :lol I'll take this as you're backing out though.

Lol I ain't stupid much smarter than that bet against the Heat at this point you might as well call yourself stupid.

This.

I'm not even saying he has to win a ring, but is there another person in the 'best of position' that didn't even reach the WCF/ECF in their careers *at least* once?

of course I was worried. But wade had already said he felt 100 times better then he did last post season and he still had some big games then. I knew he'd be alright. He was average last series tho other then game 5. I wanna see that game 5 wade this whole series against Indy not the half *** it down the court wade

Dudley was a disaster tho...

Gave up a second rounder too...

Julius F. Wrek

No doubt about that. Dudley was a huge disappointment. But we had to move Bledsoe because he wasn't going re-sign with the Clippers as long as he CP was here. It seemed like a good trade at the time. If Dudley would have played close to as well as he did in Phoenix it would have been a good deal.

people hate on Blake and Chris because they get alot of shine IMO

it was the same thing with Bron

I'm sure people prolly *****ed and moaned about Jordan before the rings started rolling in

I personally don't like him because of his ***** made antics like that move he pulled last night...

And people say he's hands down the best PG in the game... Yet vs other top PG's he's more often the loser

As it currently stands during the regular season he's 5-15 vs Deron, 10-18 vs Tony, 11-8 vs Russy, 0-5 vs Pooh, 4-6 vs Rajon

In the playoffs 2-4 vs Russy & 3-8 vs Tony...

His resume is looking funny in the light... He made his name off killing Derek Fisher that one year... If that's the greatest accomplishment you can come up with then... I'm sorry, but Chris is looking real SHAKEY. :{

Now that it's settled for conference finals time, Heat are for sure going to the finals. Indy looks so shaky and scraped by some lackluster teams while looking like *** the whole way. Wade seems to be nice and healthy and ready to take them out. If the Thunder get past the Spurs again because somehow seem to be the spurs kryptonite, then the Heat are gonna roll to a threepeat. It'll be 2012 all over again.

So we gonna sit here and act like he didn't CARRY NO all those years... Like russ doesn't have KD, Like Tony doesn't have Pop, Duncan, Ginobli, Kahwi, Rondo didn't have KG, Ray & PP?

This is the first team he's been on that has had enough talent to make a real run & he played GREAT while losing to two of the most dominant players in the league today. does he deserve some blame yea, but is he overated? truthfully

What PG in the league brings the package that he does on Offense & Defense. This would be another convo if their was currently a PG in the League dominating everyone and leading his team to all the victories but their isn't one (Russ might take that step depending on how he shows up in SA).

I can see people making an argument for TP... but everyone else is also missing the credentials ya'll are bashing him for despite playing with VASTLY better teams.

I'm one of the bigger CP3 fans here and I tend to at least start leaning to where Ches/Cake are coming from. Fifty seconds away from playing a closeout game at home and there was no one else to blame but CP for that.

I can't wait for Indy to win Game 1 and you all flip flop :lol

If Indy somehow wins Sunday-Tuesday, that break til game 3 will get INSANE.

Paul George >>>> MJ
Roy Hibbert could beat Hakeem

Lance >>>>> Wade

If Miami goes up 2-0, look ahead to the Finals talk, draft, the league is fixed, refs suck, etc etc. :lol

Just saying: imagine if any other superstar had the guy who finished 5th in MVP voting, the guy who finished 3rd in DPOY voting, the 6th man of the year, a bench full of vets, a championship winning coach, and didn't make the conference finals...
