2. didn't site that, when doc asked, they said they didn't see it, so they werren't invoking a rule.

Of course it is, I dont think is being debated. All this is doing really is saving the refs. But if you are going to whine about makeup calls then you should stop watching the NBA. Make up calls are a part of this. They have always been and always will be apart of it.
