Germany deserved to lose. Gomez and Hummels had two mega opportunities that they failed to capitalize on. I knew there would be carelessness and hunger-to-win fatigue after 2014, but never did I anticipate them to go out in the group stage, especially in this group that didn't seem that strong to begin with.

And Mexico definitely deserve to celebrate Korea more than their own team today. Reminds me of that situation when Mexico saved the U.S. some years back.

It's bad but probably not,Spain was coming off an all-time run of dominance so it felt like a bigger shock imo
