it’s selfish faux outrage to:

a) drag people down to wherever they are

b) get a false sense of moral high ground they lack irl

Using the plight of the oppressed for selfish gains ie setting a fire in a thread that functions as a community and antagonizing people who are actually about it (and not closet line stepping projectionists) is much worse than being just lame.
