Jogi *** claims he wanted to phase out the older players and work on bringing up the youth, but he still calls up marco reus and kroos. Something happened between him and Bayern last year and he decided to retire those 3 guys from the national team right before a CL knockout match. **** that guy. Everyone can see now Flick was the real brains behind that run of success in 2014

The problem is that he may test negative now, but with the 14-day or so incubation period, he could still test positive in the days ahead. Letting him rejoin the team risks him infecting the rest of the team later on. AFAIK, he would need to be isolated past the incubation period and have consecutive negative tests in order to be allowed back into the team.

That was very strange then. Prior to testing positive, he could have infected his teammates. I guess "by the book", they should have isolated all the team members that came into close contact with Thiago.... but that would have been too big a sacrifice for the team? So they were willing to take that risk?

Like a situation here... a member of our philharmonic orchestra tested positive. The health department here proceeded to quarantine/isolate all the other orchestra members that came into close contact with him... all 90 of them.
