Havent posted in here in a long time, had a lot of heavy hitters (maman, BVC, BBT, Bake Kujira, Bokke stuff, BA adjunct trail, BA pastry method, BA bananaversary) and the best beer I have had in the past year by far has been the Amun Ra set from the Veil/omnipollo, both were insane in every...
Pow Pow was trash this time around, very malty and disappointing by trillium standards. I had almost forgot about Farnham Brewing, the owner came down to the other half line with my buddy from Vermont a few months back, threw me a bunch of free cans, cool guy, he used to be a professor in...
@comparisonford I didnt see you at the hudson valley release, have you tried the peach yet? I feel its the best of the three, reminds me of florida plates, grabbed some crowlers of the new batch of amorphia as well, this batch isnt as sour as the canned version but it has an interesting color...
Some recent stuff, the spice must flow was the best pumpkin beer I have had and I hate pumpkin beer, been getting a lot of cycle and angry chair stouts stocking up for the winter
A dollar an ounce for that pure project stout.....
Glad Aslin was more reasonable at 7$ a can for this 18% stout horus aged ale collaboration with Vietnamese coffee and cocoa nibs, dangerous though because it tastes like 8% abv
Also had tiger upper cuts, which was pretty weak, been wanting to try their stouts
I was being harsh on cali, I forgot about pure project, they know what they are doing, mumford is cool but I had a few duds from them and now I am always skeptical with their stuff
-hoof hearted key bump was the bomb, one of the better beers i have had from them
-evil twin omnipollo lemonade is exactly as advertised, lots of lemon and a little sour
-the veil we ded mon is up there with key bump, heavy scent and great flavor
-westbrook key lime pie, exactly as it sounds...
waiting a while for the return of pile of crowns was worth it, lic beer project doesn't play around with this one, regretting not getting more and promising people trades, I just want to hoard this for myself
@comparison ford great meeting you on Saturday, thanks again for the sand city spread
^My boy showed me that vice show, the chick introduces herself as the owner of some brewery that looks like they make **** beer, stopped watching after that
A friend shared some crowlers with me from weldworks, distinctly remember alpha bits being the stand out, there was another IPA from them im forgetting the name of that was great as well
^I would be down to trade a magnetic tape for radical one in line at other half on Saturday
Totally forget I put this in the freezer, only meant to leave it there for a minute
