He looked like the ideal candidate for heart failure. There are risks involved with just weightlifting alone and plenty of studies if you do a quick search: http://jama.ama-assn.org/content/290/21/2803.3.full

Now add to the picture all of these supplements people take and there are many more unknown risks involved. This guy's physique looked very unnatural and you can bet he was supplementing. Supplements are for the ill; it's a dangerous game to play.

I don't know why guys want to carry all that extra weight. Not a good look in the long-term. Work with what you've got and do it naturally (this doesn't mean natural supplements).
what? so there are health risks with just dieting and weight lifting? (no supplements, just good eating/ and lifting weights) what are common health risks with that?

can someone elaborate and comment on this further?

There are not any real health risks with weight lifting other than risking injury or making pre-existing health problems worse. There are numerous studies showing the benefits of weightlifting, like these.

Weightlifting NATURALLY has MANY health benefits just like every other form of exercise-

Most of the health risks can be attributed to muskuloskeletal injuries, cramps, sprains etc For eg I stopped squatting so much cause I have a bad back but it didnt keep me from doing other exercises

Off the top of my head, one benefit has to do with increasing bone density by lifting at a young age can lower the risk of osteoporotic disease in postmenopausal women

The reason I've been hesitant to try supplements and stuff like NO2 is because since they're all fairly new, the long-term effects of use haven't been established.

Kind of hypocritical of me, but whatever

Zyzz didn't die because of "supplements".. he died because he was juiced to the gills on AAS and combined that with partying and heavy drug use, not to mention already having a preexisting heart condition. dude would always talk about how he would hop on a cycle to get cut for big festivals, then him and his bros would pop E and do coke before going out...
idk how he really was irl but online he was a hilarious personality, dude definitely defined "live fast, die young".. for the unawares (vids are hilarious, him trolling people irl

):

Hmm I wonder how small his testicles were, they have to have been atrophied beyond recognition

not sure about the song, but i'm sure a million people asked in the comments so you could check there or google "song from zyzz vid" idk
more trolling for the lulz (full thread/cliffs):

Cliffs here...

- Zyzz makes current thread about rejecting a girl on facebook chat in a harsh manner. She blocks and deletes him from facebook.

- Misc gets aroused and demands more Zyzz rejecting girls on facebook. So Zyzz proceeds to post more.
- Zyzz posts a second pic of him rejecting a larger girl which becomes the most quoted post in this thread.

Link ->http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post524221243
- People joke about Lunatic closing the thread because Zyzz made an epic thread.
- Zyzz posts a third pic of a girl trying to flirt with him but he ignores.
Pic -> http://a.imageshack.us/img824/2136/rrge.jpg
Link ->http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post524224213
- Zyzz adds a fourth pic to show what kind of friend requests he gets as well as the pink knight messages he gets on facebook.

- Misc goes on to praise Zyzz for creating an epic thread. Many people admit they weren't fans of him but now are.
- Zyzz adds message pic from a 16 year old he banged. It goes on about their small hookup and a buch of nonsense about how they're meant to be together. She notes several times how hot she thinks Zyzz is and how she is in love with him.
Pic -> http://a.imageshack.us/img442/2183/lol22.jpg
Link ->http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post524232303

Pic -> http://img832.imageshack.us/img832/4546/bahahao.jpg
Link ->http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post524251333
- Zyzz disappears but people continue to praise him.
- Flexlex and fromnewyork come into thread to WK. Say Zyzz shouldn't be so bad/mean to women.

NTers make fake love to his dude though

he took sensible amounts of steroids as far as i know

and cocaine in australia is $300+/gram for so-so quality....so i think it's safe to assume he didn't have some dangerous cocaine habit, more likely he did a little bit every now and then. mdma is a stimulant but shouldn't tax the heart too much.....i would say it's on par with amphetamines and people take adderall/ritalin/etc daily for years with no noticeable cardiovascular issues. and as any user will know you can't take mdma frequently or it loses all effects as it quickly depletes your brain of its serotonin.

the article said he has a pre-existing heart condition......i'm sure these substances didn't help matters but if he had a normal heart i doubt it would've been an issue. despite the drug use he did take more care of his body than the average slob eating mcdonald's every day and binge drinking every weekend.

Its obviously you know nothing about supplements and steroids. Stop it, you're sound ignorant.

It's obvious you know nothing of the English language. Stop it, you're sounding stupid.
