Wrestling Thread Feb 4-10 | 2/7 Impact from England - Sting/Bully v Aces & 8's

With the WWE network news, are we looking at Network subscribers having a bottom line price point which includes PPVs and non subscribers still pay the $45 a month?

Yea, I read on a different site that people without the subscription can still pay the regular price for PPV's every month.

If they do a late night RAW in chronological order from the beginning without making it PG I would pay for that.
I think that's one of the main reasons they don't do RAW & SD collections on DVD.

One of my main questions is, will all the content be on one channel or will it branch out like HBO?
I'm gonna assume it's all in one channel but with WWE you never know.
They can have the basic package with some content and then the premium package with PPV's and everything else for a higher price.

I was impressed with Naomi's athleticism.

I need to start watching Main Event. Is there more actually wrestling on this show? When does it come on

NTWEF News & Notes
--------- - ---- - ---- - ---- - ----

- No word on the NTMania card as of yet , but Rusty winning the NTRumble has officials quite skeptical. Some on the roster feel he's to young yo have a singles main event match and feel that making it a triple threat could help.

There GHIMS goes again with the fraudulent news and notes.
I'll wait for DSK, his posts are usually on point.

Anybody play WWE '13? The attitude mode is straight PIFF. This is what I grew up with man, I remember the Taker Mankind HIAC match like it was yesterday. Me and my brother "watched" on the fuzzy screen bc our parents would never spend money on PPV. Audio was solid but every minute or so, you would get that clear image.

Ashley Massaro was good in my book until I found out she was an escort.

Maryse. What more can I say?

Tenta then moved to Japan to pursue a career in sumo after being recruited by a former Yokozuna who met Tenta on a trip to Vancouver.[5] In October 1985, he joined a sumo stable, Sadogatake, run by former-Yokozuna Kotozakura Masakatsu (his stable also produced current Ōzeki Kotoōshū Katsunori from Bulgaria). Following tradition, the young sumōtori took the name of Kototenta (Koto + Tenta), translated as Tenta the Harp.[7]
Beginning the sport at age 22, he entered nearly seven years later than many non-college aspirants. The combination of his size—he already weighed 192 kg (423 lb) at a height of 6´5.75"[8]—and training as a wrestler were to his advantage in learning and advancing in the sport. The novice won a string of 17 consecutive victories in his first six months,[9] and was later renamed Kototenzan, Heavenly Mountain Harp. The novelty of being a rare Westerner sumotori in the mid-1980s, and the third-ever Caucasian, garnered him press coverage, and he earned the additional nickname of the "Canadian Comet".[10]
Despite doing well as a newcomer he soon quit the sport due to the difficulty of the sumo lifestyle and the toll the hard ring surface was taking on his body.[11] In addition, the sumo world frowned on the large tattoo of a tiger on his left biceps and, though he covered it during matches, would have required him to remove it via skin graft before moving up to the higher level competitions (in Japan tattoos are associated with gangsters).[12]
