Wrestling Thread April 14-May 4 | 5/3 WWE Extreme Rules PPV Prediction Contest Now Open!

^^Jake and Arn should be higher..Hands down the 2 most under rated promo men in wrestling history..

And the fact that Edge, Albano, and Cena are ranked higher than Harley Race is pure insanity..

Edge is probably the worst talker thats ever been considered good. He was horrible on the mic as a face. Those exaggerated facial expressions that he always pulls in matches are pretty embarrassing too

damn even refs are failing test

Lmfao how many chances are they gonna give randy.. he seems like a freakin spoiled child at this point. 3 suspensions, 2 of which are wellness violations, then still gets pushed to the top. remember, hes one violation away from getting fired. damn, he even has backstage issues. i remember reports of him ******** in a divas bag, then he called kelly kelly a **** on the radio ( a normal mid carder wouldve been punished for this, but since it was randy, he STILL gets pushed to the top). hes been handed everything since he debuted. smh randy, just so freaking spoiled.

"You know they say all men are created equal. But you look at me and you look at Samoa Joe and you can see that statement is not true. See, normally if you go one on one with another wrestler, you gotta 50-50 chance of winning. But I'm a genetic freak and I'm not normal. So you got a 25 per cent - at best - to beat me. And then you add Kurt Angle to the mix, your chances of winning drastically go down. You see, the three way at Sacrifice you got a 33 and 1/3 chance of winning. But I, I got a 66 and 2/3 chance of winning cause Kurt Angle knows he can't beat me and he's not even gonna try. So Samoa Joe, you take your 33 and 1/3 chance, minus my 25 per cent chance and you got an 8 and 1/3 chance of winning at Sacrifice. But then you take my 75 per cent chance of winning if it goes one on one and then add the 66 and 2/3 per cent chance, I got a 141 and 2/3 chance of winning at Sacrifice. See Joe, the numbers don't lie and they spell disaster for you at Sacrifice. See, but I'm gonna break it down for you, ladies. Would you rather be with me or would you rather be with Joe?"

Soooo has anybody seen this match?

Tanahashi vs. Okada Invasion Attack 2013, much hyped and again given 5 stars by Meltz

Like Tanahashi/Suzuki, I didnt see all the hype around this. It's still a very good match, probably around 4 stars for me, but man NJPW and Tanahashi gets overrated like hell now. I actually have the Tanahashi/Suzuki match ranked above this.

Nakamura >>>>> Tanahashi

Not to knock Tanahashi because he is good, but he is a bit overrated like you said. But I also think NJPW as a whole is as good as it's rated today. They have some great talent man.

Some of the older stuff is superior of course.

"See when I have my freaks horizontal, they understand size, they appreciate size, and size does matter. And they know that they don't have to wait for the earth to rotate on a 47-degree axis so the stars can smuck the sky and create a equalax, so they can see the big dipper. No no no. All they gotta do is call up the Big Poppa, cause I'm the man with the big dipper, and satisfaction's comin when I go behind, and do the bump n grind, and its only a matter of time before they call me the BIG BAD BOOTY DADDY!"

Tanahashi matches are way better now because he's starting to lose more and I don't have to watch big matches where he hits 20x dragon screws, 5x sling blade, and 5x high fly flows to win  :x

And yeah, I'm not trying to **** on NJPW cause they're putting on a great product, but I'm just kinda tired of seeing people throw out five stars for every big match they put on and calling matches like Tanahashi/Okada the best match they've ever seen.

   Steiner

Based on that wellness list, Orton should been fired multiple times. And that "smoking synthetic marijuana" list  Jesus. I forgot which match it was, but they started referring to Darren Young as "Mr. No Days Off", but I think he got suspended for that violation, and either Cole or King said "well I guess he's Mr. 30 Days Off now"

Another random match of the day

Saw this match for the first time and :wow: this **** was insane. You had Stan Hansen, the GOAT brawler, and Andre, back when he can still go (if you've never seen Andre really move around..you need to take a look), just beating the hell out of each other. Andre bumped around like there wasn't gonna be a tomorrow ala HHH on Raw for Bryan  The only thing holding this match back is the weak finish but I'm still gonna say this is probably Andres best match ever....probably up there for Hansen too.

@DangerousG - I just watched Sasaki/Kawada. It was cool. Maybe if I watched it in the context I coud appreciate it more. But the funniest thing to me was Liger being a hype man on the outside. Dude is always hilarious whenever he is outside with someone.

ABout to watch Big Andre and Stan Hansen.

I feel you man. That is why I said dude watches too much Mutoh. Dragon Screw. Dragon Screw. Dragon Screw. But I never get tired of seeing frog splashes so he can do as many High Fly Flows as he wants. (No Lobotimo)
